Good to know
- A reviewer keeps the same code for your journal in every search, so you can recognise repeat matches. Another journal sees a different code for the same person.
- The reasons for exclusions are never disclosed: knowing that a reviewer shares an institution with an author would reveal who they are.
- Matching works on terms, not translations. If the article has keywords in two languages, send both.
- Reviewers already invited to the same articleRef, or who declined it, do not appear again.
- Searching is free of side effects for reviewers: nobody is notified until you send an invitation.
